DESIGN CONTRACT

THIS AGREEMENT is made on December 13, 2018 by and between Idr. Irene Pascual and Mr. Yarlie Lim

WITNESSETH

The Client intends to commission the Interior Designer‘s design services for the client’s Buko Pie and Juice
Business Venture at and amount of Php 2000.00 per sqm Cart and Kiosk Design pioneer design as well as Cart
designs for recurring branches.

A. PIONEER CART DESIGN

A 2.0M x 2.0M Standard Kiosk/Cart Pioneer Design with additional charges for unlimited uses
at an amount of Php 40,000.00 which includes the following:

a. Branding
b. Design Consultation and Concept
c. Design Outputs
- Design Perspectives
- Rendered Perspective
- Space Planning and Layout
- Construction Details
d. Graphics / Collaterals
e. Construction Supervision
f. Revisions - up to three (3) Revisions

B. RECURRING CART DESIGN

A professional fee charge of 2,000.00 per sqm for a standard of 2Mx2M Kiosk
A Fixed amount of Php 8000.00 for anything smaller than 2Mx2M Cart Area and areas smaller than 10
sqm
A professional fee of Php 1,000.00 per sqm for an area greater than 10 sqm

Includes the following outputs

a. Ocular Inspection (within metro manila)

b. Design Output
- Space Planning
- 3d Rendered Perspectives
- Construction Details
c. Unlimited Revisions
d. Supervision – IF NECESSARY (additional mobilization fee may apply)
C. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a. Payment
I. PIONEER CART/KIOSK DESIGN

10% percent Php 4,000.00 = Acceptance Fee

40% percent Php 16,000.00 = upon submission of Final Design
50% percent Php 20,000.00 = upon completion of Requirements

b. Changes in work
Changes in use or concept of the space, additional area or details not stated above will be charged or subject for
a new contract or quotation.
