汽轮发电机组在启动和停机前,应先投入顶轴装置,将汽轮发
电机转子顶起,以减小轴颈与轴承间的摩擦系数,使盘车装置
顺利地投入工作。
Before turbo-generator startup and shutdown, put the shaft
jacking device into operation for jacking up rotor, and
reducing the friction coefficient between journal and bearing,
so that turning gear could be smoothly put into operation.

1. 顶轴装置及系统简介
Brief Introduction of the Shaft Jacking Device And
System

该系统由供油装置、调整装置及油管路组成。
The system consists of fueller, adjustment mechanism and
oil pipeline components.

该系统设有两台顶轴油泵,一台顶轴油泵运行,另一台顶轴油
泵备用,两台滤油器可以同时工作。一台顶轴油泵供四个轴承,
详见顶轴装置管路(141A.553Z-5),汽缸内顶轴装置油管路
(73B.554Z-2),顶轴供油装置(141A.570Z-5),顶轴调整装置
(73D.571Z-21)。
This system is equipped with 2 jacking oil pumps, one for
operation and the other for back up. 2 oil filters can work
simultaneously. One jacking oil pump could jack up 4
bearings. Refer to detailed schematic drawing of shaft

两台交流电动机驱动的手动伺服变量轴向柱塞泵,自冷油器出
口来油,经滤油器引入轴向柱塞泵进口。
For 2 manual servo variable axial plunger pumps driven by
AC motors, the oil from oil cooler is introduced into plunger
pump inlet.

高压顶起油自轴向柱塞泵出口引入集管,由集管引出各支管通
向各轴承顶起管路接头。各支管上均装有节流阀2和单向阀1,
用以调整各轴承的顶起高度,防止各轴承之间的相互影响。其
中节流阀用来调整顶轴油压,单向阀是为使机组运行时防止轴
承中压力油泄走。集管上装有安全阀3,用以限制集管油压,
并防止供油系统中油压超过最大允许值。
HP oil from the outlet of axial plunger pump is led into the
collector, and then to the connector for all bearings through
each branch pipe. The throttle valve 2 and check valve 1 are
equipped on each branch pipe to adjust the floating height of
shaft at each bearing and avoid the interaction among all
bearings. The throttle valve is applicable for jacking oil
pressure adjustment and check valve for prevent the unit
from leakage of pressure oil at all bearings as operating. The
safety valve 3 is equipped on the collector to limit the oil
pressure and avoid oil pressure more than allowable max.

在输往各轴承压力油支管上各一只压力表。调整装置压力油集
管上设有一只高压控制器,型号为 1NN-EE45-N4-F1A-X371。
应待轴承顶起高度(未盘车状态)达到要求值后,启动盘车装
置并记录此时母管压力。将此压力值减去 0.3~0.5Mpa 作为
高压控制器的整定值,低于该值时连锁盘车电机不得启动,同
时启用备用顶轴油泵。
A pressure meter are equipped on each branch pipe to
bearings. HP controller is equipped on the pipe of the
header of the adjust device, it’s type is
1NN-EE45-N4-F1A-X371. After jacking height of each
bearing reaches the required value, start turning gear and
record the pressure on the header line. Reduce 0.3 ~
0.5MPa from this pressure to get the set value for HP
controller. When oil pressure is under this value, do not start
the turning gear motor, but start the spare jacking oil pump.

当一台顶轴油泵工作时,另一台处于备用状态。在主顶轴油泵
准备启动前,备用泵的开关处于“停止”位置。主泵正常工作后,
可将备用泵的开关置于“自动”位置,一旦主泵工作不正常,油
压建立不起来时,备用泵立即自动启动。
As one set of jacking oil pump is in operating state, the other
one is in standby state. The switch of standby pump is in the
position “stop” while main jacking oil pump is ready to start.
The switch of standby pump could be moved to the position
“auto” after main pump operating normally. Once main pump
could not operate normally to establish the required
pressure, the standby pump should be auto-started

immediately.

2. 顶轴装置的工作条件
Working Condition

2.1 本装置为开式供油系统,补给油引自汽轮机润滑油母管,顶起
压力油排入轴承箱,补给油的压力与润滑压力相同。当汽轮机
供油系统中辅助油泵(润滑油泵)启动后,本装置即可投入运
行。
This device is an opened oil-supply system, the oil which
enter to the device is from the main pipe of turbine lube oil
and discharges into bearing housing after working. The
pressure of oil is identical with the pressure of lube oil. This
device would be put into operation after starting the auxiliary
oil pump (lube oil pump) in turbine oil supply system.

2.2 本装置工作油温为 20℃-65℃。


Working oil temperature of this device is 20℃~65℃.

2.3 本装置允许最大工作压力为 27.44Mpa,安全阀压力调整在


20.58Mpa 动作。
Max. allowable transient pressure: 27. 44MPa
Actuating pressure of safety valve: 20.58MPa

This device adopts manual A3H37-FR01KK-10-X33 servo


variable plunger pump (Japan Oil Research Industrial Co.)
as jacking oil pump.

手动伺服变量柱塞泵的进出油口方向:
Its inlet and outlet direction are indicated in the following
figure.

2.5 柱塞泵上部泄漏油应与润滑油回油管路接通,并保持畅通。
The leak oil at the top of plunger pump should be led to the
return lube oil piping without any clogging.

2.7 本装置配有两台顶轴油泵,一台运行,一台备用,但两台油过
滤器都可投入工作。
This device is equipped with 2 shaft-jacking oil pumps, one
in operation and other for spare use. Both the two oil filters
can be put into operation.

3. 安装试运和调整
Installation, Commissioning & Adjustment

3.1 安装和试运前的准备
Preparation before Installation & Commissioning

3.1.1 安装前必须认真清洗各部元件,特别是集管及管路内部不得有
任何污物及机械杂质。
Clean all elements of jacking up device carefully before
installation; especially make sure the collector and inside of
oil pipe being free from any dirt and mechanical foreign
matters.

3.1.2 应正确按照系统图安装和联接各部元件及管路。
Install and connect all parts and the piping properly
according to the schematic drawing.

3.1.3 安装完毕后,应检查各部零件的联接是否牢固和密封。
Check the connection of all parts for security and tightness
after installing.

3.1.4 打开滤油器进口阀门,引入润滑油。
Introduce the lube oil from oil cooler outlet into jacking oil
pump by opening the inlet valve of oil filter.

3.1.5 打开柱塞上部漏油口,往泵体内灌满润滑油,然后接通漏油管
路。
Open oil leak port of the pump at the top to fill the lube oil
into pump, and connect the oil leak piping.

3.1.6 用手盘动联轴器,检查泵轴转动是否正常。
Check the pump shaft for proper rotation by means of
manual turning the coupling.

3.1.7 检查电动机转动方向及电路联接是否正确。
Check the motor for proper rotation direction and the circuit
for proper connection.

3.1.8 关闭所有节流阀,同时将安全阀调到最大开度。
Close all throttle valves and set safety valve to the max.

3.1.9 供油装置上溢流电磁阀 4 全开。


Open overflow valve 4 fully.

3.2 试运及调整

3.2.1 试运前应检查补油压力是否建立,汽轮机供油系统中辅助油泵
是否正常供油。
Check the oil pressure for proper establishment and the
auxiliary oil pump in the turbine oil system for proper
supplying oil before commissioning.

3.2.2 接通电源,启动轴向柱塞泵,检查泵组运行有无振动噪音及泄
漏等情况。
Connect the power supply, start the axial plunger pump and
check the pump group for proper operation without any
abnormal phenomenon such as vibration, noise and
leakage.

3.2.3 逐步缓慢提升柱塞泵操纵杆,开始向集管中供油。
Begin to supply oil to the collector by means of raising the
operating lever of plunger pump gradually and slowly.

3.2.4 电机启动前,溢流阀电磁铁得电,延时 10 秒后电磁铁断电,


油泵升压,使集管中建立油压小于 20.58Mpa。
Before motor start, electromagnet overflow valve gets power
and powers off 10 sec later. Oil pump pressure is increased
and oil pressure in collector pipes is less than 20.58Mpa.

3.2.5 逐个调整被顶起轴承的顶起高度为 0.04~0.06mm。


Make sure the floating height of shaft is 0.04~0.06mm
through adjusting one by one at all bearings.

3.2.6 顶起前用千分表抵触轴颈上部测量位置,然后开启节流阀2,
同时调整柱塞泵操纵杆,维持管内的压力不变。
Make the probe of dial indicator in contact with the
measuring position at the top of journal before jacking up,
and open throttle valve 2,meanwhile adjust the operating
lever of plunger pump to keep the pressure unchanged in
the pipe.

3.2.7 各轴颈顶起高度调整完毕后,应将柱塞泵操纵杆,节流阀2,
安全阀3的开启位置做出标记,并铅封固定。
Mark the position of lever of plunger pump and the opening
position of both throttle valve 2 and safety valve 3 after
adjusting the floating height of shaft at all bearings and fix
them by sealing.

3.2.8 上述调整工作进行完毕,并确认合格后,即可投入盘车装置并
观察盘车装置及汽轮发电机转子转动是否正常。
Put the turning gear into operation after completing the
above adjustment and confirming the conformity. Observe
the turning gear and turbine generator rotor for proper
running.

3.2.9 全部完成上述工作之后,即可验收,允许顶轴装置正式投入运
行。
Take acceptance and put the shaft-jacking device into
operation after completing the above work.

4. 运行及监护
Operation & Supervision

4.1 初始使用或长期停放后运转时,不应立即满负荷运行,此时,
可开启供油装置溢流电磁阀 4,形成旁通回路,待泵组运行平
稳后,再将其逐渐关闭。
The full load should not be immediately undertaken during
initial putting into operation or re-operating after long-term
stilling. The HP by-pass stop valve 4 could be opened at this
time to form by-pass loop and closed gradually again after
pump group operating stably.

4.2 在汽轮发电机组正常运转过程中,如需检查轴向柱塞泵组的工
作情况,可利用供油装置溢流电磁阀形成旁通回路,进行试验。
During normal operation of turbine generator unit, HP
by-pass stop valve could be used to form by-pass loop for
testing while being necessary to check the axial plunger
pump group for proper running.

4.3 轴向柱塞泵组启动前必须保证补油条件,即主机系统的润滑油
压必须正常建立。
The oil incoming condition has to be ensured, i.e. the
pressure in turbine oil system has to be properly established
before starting the axial plunger pump group.

4.4 经常检查油温及油泵外壳温度,如发现异常情况应及时处理消
除。

The temperature of oil and oil pump shell should be checked


time-by-time, and any abnormal phenomenon, if observed,
should be timely eliminated.

4.5 经常检查柱塞泵漏油口的情况,保证畅通,如漏油量发生异常
变化,以及发生振动噪音或压力波动等情况应立即检查处理。
The leakage port of plunger pump should be checked time
by time for proper leaking without any clogging, and the
necessary measures should be taken if abnormal leaking,
vibration, noise or pressure fluctuation occurs.

4.6 在运转时,系统中的最高瞬时极限油压不得超过 27.44Mpa,


每次延续时间不得超过1分钟,每小时累计不得超过 6 分钟。
出现此种情况时,应立即检查轴承顶起管路中有无阻塞情况并
及时处理。堵塞情况可从各顶起油口前的压力变化得知。
The max. allowable transient oil pressure in the system
should not exceed 27.44MPa with duration no more than 1
min. for each time and accumulated time no more than 6 min.
per hour . In case it fails, the pressure piping of plunger
pump should be immediately checked for clogging and the
measures should be taken, if necessary. The clogging could
be found from the force changing before various pressure oil
ports.

5. 检查及维修
Inspection & Maintaining

5.1 经常检查滤油器滤网的阻塞情况,并定期清洗使之畅通。

Check the strainer of oil filter for clogging time-by-time and


clean it periodically.

5.2 系统中的管路.接头.阀门等元件如发生故障时,应及时更换和
调整。
Replace and adjust the piping, connector, valve in the
system timely while they fail to work.

5.3 轴向柱塞泵的检查和维修,应按日本油研工业株式会社随机提
供的《A3H 系列轴向柱塞泵使用说明书》所规定的进行。
Carry out the inspection and maintenance of axial plunger
pump according to the stipulations “Instruction for
A3HSeries Axial Plunder Pump”.

5.4 不要任意拆开轴向柱塞泵。
Never arbitrarily disassemble the axial plunger pump.
