1. Awarding of certificates to Grade 10 honorable mentions and achievers for Third Grading Period.

2. Summative test was administered at the end of the week.

3. Grade 10 students participated in the conduct of musical play as their performance task in MAPEH

INCIDENTS/ PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED

1. A grade 10 student was reported and confirmed pregnant.

2. A grade 10 student was reported physically harmed by another grade 10 student outside the school's premises

3. The area beside the school pantry brought foul odor because of the broken chairs placed in the area causing the water to
stock up.

SOLUTIONS

The parents of the student were called for a conference. The student was advised to keep
up with her studies with the help of her mother. The student was also willing to continue
and finish the remaining months of this school year.

Students involved in the incident were called for a conference together with their parents.
The incident was noted in their anecdotal records.

The chairs were transferred at the back of SCNHS main building. The water was also
removed and the area was cleaned.
