Reflection #1
The lesson of today is about virtue, what is virtue the word virtue came from a Latin

word “virtus”, habitual, well established readiness or disposition of act. In short virtue is

the moral excellence of a man or women or the good character trait they have. The

second one is what is values so the values is the entity, situation, or condition that we

consistently strive to acquire or keep our relationship to others if you have a good

values you have a good relationship to the people who surround you but if you have a

bad values it will affect your relationship to others because of the kind of values you

have. Next what is value system so according to Rokeach, value is an “enduring

organization of beliefs concerning preferable modes of conduct so it means there is a

modes of conduct that values have and we have a personal value system and there are

four and there are personal values, spiritual values, family values, career/professional

values. Next is ethics it is the act of doing where the things you do accordingly to your

own will and knowledge of what is good and evil. And last ethics approaches where

there are two and that are atheistic approach and theistic approach where in atheistic

they assumes that only matter exists and man is responsible and matter is the only

reality and man is the responsible for all his doing in short they don’t believe in GOD

while theistic they believe that GOD is the Supreme Creator and lawgiver and kinds of

ethics there are two general and special ethics in general ethics it is all about principle

My reflection of lesson for today. Our lesson for today is globalization, what is

globalization it is the process by w/c more people across large distances become

concerned in more and different ways, interaction of people and primarily an economic

process of integration w/c has social and cultural aspects and it process by w/c the

capitalism expands across the globe as powerful economic actors, the process through

w/c constraints of physical space lose their hold on social relations or

“Deterritorialization” and seek profit in global market and impose their rules everywhere,

also called “Neoliberalism” and the globalization are being define by different people.

The Korean Pentecostal said that the mission of globalization is to acquire the

opportunity to expand their faith and convert the lost souls abroad, to a Dominican

immigrant in United States said that globalization means is growing new roots while

staying deeply involved in the home village, to Indian television viewers said that

globalization means sampling a variety of new shows adopted from foreign countries.

Now I know this things that I really need to know about globalization I hope I will learn

new things from my teacher
