NARRATIVE REPORT ON FIRST PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE

GRADE 7-A

I started the meeting at 2:30 in the afternoon, June 24,2016. There were 30
parents who attended the meeting. We discussed the following.

1. School rules and regulations

2. Schedule of classes
3 New Grading System (K12)
4.Election of Officers
5.Home room project

After discussing about the homerome project ,we elected the set of officers as follows

President: Lovella Ragaza

Vice President: Evelyn Tamoria
Secretary: Asuncion Nuestro
Treasurer: Raquel Carreon
Auditor: Jhonifer Garbin

The parents agreed for a contribution of 100.00 per student to buy 1 orbit fan and 1
stand fan. The meeting adjourned at 3:00 in the afternoon.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON SECOND PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE

GRADE 7- A

The second parent-teacher conference was held on November 22, 2018 at 3:00 PM.
It was attended by twenty one parents. We discussed the following agenda.

*Class honors
*Student’s performance
* Releasing of Cards

I informed the parents about the academic performance of the students and how
we came up with class honors. I also encourage the parents to further guide their children
to study harder because some of them got low grades.

After discussing the other agenda, I then handed a copy of the students card. The
meeting adjourned at 4:15 PM.
