Succulent strips of grilled marinated chicken atop a
tortilla bowl filled with fresh lettuce, salsa casera

Queso Fundido
A hot skillet of melted Jack cheese mixed with fresh
salsa casera, tomatillo sauce and chipotle
seasoning. A favorite of ours from Jalisco.
Try it with shredded chicken and mushrooms or
traditional style with chorizo!
Taco Salad
A crisp tortilla shell filled with lettuce, tomatoes
and cheese, a sprinkle of red onion and cilantro and
