1. Why MBA? (Max. 200 words)

The question I asked myself few months back was, ‘MBA! why not ?’. During my school and college days, I found myself in a
better way doing managerial kind of job, interacting with people, making decisions, helping and motivating others and also capable
of convincing others, and I enjoyed a lot doing it. I did my B.Tech from VIT, pune. B.Tech has enhanced my logical and analytical
abilities and gave me a sound base to apply the same for Corporate growth. MBA is a practitioners’ degree and it will give me the
whole picture of how an organization works. If a person is qualified in multi-academia then automatically he will have an exposure
in different platforms. After my MBA I will have the better understanding of the Industry requirement, enhanced management
strategy and needs apart from technical skill which will make me to grow exponentially and also it will provide me a unique identity.
So having technical as well as management skill will help the organization in both way and will act as a strong pillaron which the
organization success depends upon. Keeping in this context, I planned my career in both engineering and Management.

2. Describe a challenging situation that you have faced in life and how did you tackle the same? (Max. 200 words)
I would like to mention about my experience in third year of my engineering. There was an inter-departmental Band competition
held at my college in which each branch had to form a musical band and compete with others. As the previous year Band members
had been passed out, there were no one showing interest that year. I had taken an initiative and searched for all musicians in all
years of my branch. Literally no one was interested and all the misicians I found was telling me that anyhow this year our band was
not going to win; leave it and all the ones with negative thinking only. Finally I found a keyboard player, a guitarist and a female
singer but there were no a single drummer available. I convinced them to give it a chance. All members were like that they were
going to lose only because of absence of drummer, but I had faith in myself. Being the Lead Singer of my Band I was knowing
majority of hopes were towards me. I boosted up the confidance of my members, practiced well for three days. Although we were
the smallest band in the competition, we won the 2nd best Band prize. That experience I found was challenging for me.

3. What do you consider to be of most importance in your life? (Max. 200 words)
Frankly speaking, I consider Experiences and the things I learned from them, to be the most importrant in my life. I am not talking
about work experience, but the all experiances that came in my every stage of life. Life is a continuous chain of experiences. These
experiences are both good and bad but help us to live a more educated and productive life. Albert Einstein said that information is
not knowledge, the only source of knowledge is Experience. I think experience is a key element to being successful. The experiences
I gone through my school days, through my college and also through my current job taught me number of things that I cant learn
from books or from any other sources. I learned from my past mistakes and will not do the same in future. Experiences in my life
taught me a lot and that’s why I consider those to be the most important.

4. Mention your hobbies or areas of interest. (Max. 200 words)

Singing is the most favourite hobby of mine all the time. I can’t live without it, it keeps me happy. I won many prizes in
various solo singing and band competetions during my college days. I also love drawing. Pencil sketching is also one of
the hobbies of mine. I won many prizes in that too. Music/Voive editing with computer softwares, recording movie
songs in my own voice feels interesting for me. Overall I have an artistic personality.
