AUTHORITY TO SELL

The undersigned, MS. MA. CHRISTIA L. MELLA, of legal age, Filipino, hereby authorize JOREN G. DICCION
and ELVIRA M. APOR to sell my properties located at Balagting Hubo Magallanes Sorsogon. As follows:

Amount : Php 350,000.00 per Hectar Gross

2. TCT No. : P- 36567

Location : Balagting Hubo Magallanes Sorsogon
Amount : Php 350,000.00 per Hectar Gross

3. TCT No. : T-5470

Location : Balagting Hubo Magallanes Sorsogon
Amount : Php 450,000.00 per Hectar Gross

The sale is subject to the following basic terms and conditions:

1. Comminssions: three percent (3%) of the selling price.

2. The commission shall be equally divided among parties in the above signed documents.
3. The sale is on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.
4. This authority is non-exclusive and is valid for period of forty-five(45) days from date of issue.
5. That no direct/indirect communication should take place between any of the person(s) listed
above without the knowledge of other agents /keyperson listed within this contract details and
conversations made within the transaction of this property should be “proper coordinated “ with
all the agent(s) involved within the progress of this transaction.
