1.

What was your passion through childhood and describe your

activities around it? *
Passion throughout my childhood was to sing. I personally feel
that passion is the activity that a person actively enjoys, and
it is what I do. Actually, singing recharges me and brings me joy. During
my school days, I belonged to the choir singing girls group in which
we used to participate in many inter-school and intra-school competitions. I
also secured first position in patriotic song competition during my school days.

2. Which is your favourite Subject/area of interest? Give us an idea

of what you have done to pursue this and the level of
competence you have reached? *
I have more inclination towards Power Electronics domain, till now I have worked on
projects which solely depend on Power Electronics. Some of them were bit challenging like
DYNAMIC VOLTAGE RESTORER, SMART ENERGY MONITORING SYSTEM, three AMP POWER
SUPPLY. Right from components selection till PCB designing to testing of
the prototype is done by me.

3. Share your major accomplishments (up to 3) from the past

(outside the curriculum) and what it took you to achieve these?
Through these describe your strengths and how they have
worked for you. *
a) Secured first prize in Song competition in school I secured this because of my passion of
singing.
b) Awarded as a president recognition award by the president of Rotaract Club of New
Bombay Seaside.
c) In my Diploma Final Year my project got selected from my college to represent in Inter
college project competition.

4. Share areas you have not done well and why. Also describe how
your weaknesses are letting you down *
Well, the areas where I have not done well are typically some of my class presentations
in college and some stage speeches due to my greatest weakness that is public speaking but
however, I'm coming over it. I voluntarily joined the Rotaract Club of New Bombay Seaside
where I was a Professional Development Director,
and I got to relax with people and lose my fear by communicating with people.
And also I lack assertiveness, my inability to say no can put a lot of stress on my time and me, and
so I'm trying to be more vocal about my capacity.

5. Describe challenging situations (up to 3) which you've faced (or

facing), and how you dealt (are dealing) with it. *
During our academic semester break (vacations) my creative team and started working on
an innovative project apart from my academic project known as DYNAMIC VOLTAGE
RESTORER (DVR) with a great enthusiasm we tentatively planned to complete the hardware
part done by the mid-February.
As I take private tuitions at home, managing my career academics, project part
and tuitions when students’ exams were going on handling the complex situation was a bit
challenging task for me, but somehow we efficiently managed to complete the
dedicated project hardware in January itself and that too before our first unit test of
the academic semester and because of this I developed the time managing skills in me.

6. What type of work would bring you satisfaction. What do you

wish to achieve through your work? *
A day in which I am able to help atleast one person, or just in other words spreading smiles is my
motto. A smile in the face of people at work is something I crave for. It really makes the
environment lively and eases the stress at work. And being unstressed can help me to get a win-
win situation where I can successfully achieve the target of my organization.
