Targets for the week:The recruitment and staffing can be always divided into two separate areas:

 strategic recruitment and talent acquisition;

 tactical recruitment.

The primary goal of the recruitment department is always to have the excellent recruitment strategy
in place. The recruitment and selection goals should be always based on the general objectives of the
recruitment process. The hiring process exists to attract, hire and evaluate new employees for the
organization. Majority of modern HR Departments have a specialized Recruitment and Talent
Acquisition Center of Excellence. We have some targets to analayze the data and prepare the
questionnaire
Achievements for the week:

The recruitment strategy is a great definition of other recruitment goals in the organization. The
staffing process is visible in the company because most managers open vacancies during the year.
They can provide the instant and honest feedback about the performance of the recruitment center of
excellence.

Future work plans:In 2016, the labour market saw an increase in job seekers, with almost a

quarter (24%) of the UK workforce actively looking for a new job; it has been over three years

since job-seeking intentions were previously this high.The recruitment landscape is rapidly

changing, with new technologies, developments in selection processes, a series of trends and a

new generation entering the job market all being key influences.

Monday Expalin some selection process and selection tests. And collect all the FPF document that re
required from each of the employees.

Tuesday Expalin the types of employement interview.

Wednesday Explain research methodology and prepare a questionnaire

Thursday Prepare a questionnaire and analyse the data. And to work on employee state
insurance documents.

Friday analyse the data
