FACTS APPLICANT

Insurgency was in rise across Middle East since 2004, Saini is one such country where in 2009
Jhuti Militia led by Al-Jhutia follower of Jia Ratlam revolted against the Legitimate Government
believing it as their religious duty to fight against government formed by Mia Ratlam. Al-Jhutia
with the help and support of Kal-Fayda (terrorist group) and loyal forces of former President
Piyusikar forced the democratically elected government to resign and gained autonomy over
Sridas thereby establishing Piyushikar as President and further reframed the Constitution of
Saini. Sadiq (current president) fled away to Somanjai and asked for help in re-establishing the
legitimate government. As a result of which, Somanjai under Operation Decisive Storm bombed
on Jhuti rebels which was further supported by Ayushtava and Bhaveshtava. In order to stop war
a Inter Mediatory Bi-lateral peaceful talk was held between the Concerned parties and Bilateral
Treaty named CHATROD Treaty was signed. A series of Bomb blasts were carried out at
Ayushtava, Bhaveshtava and Somanajai killing numerous civilians and even the foreign minister
of Somanjai, thereby putting security of nations under threat. In response to which Somanjai
carried out air-strikes at specified targeted areas of Sridas. In order to maintain peace and
harmony Somanjai, Ayushtava and Bhaveshtava have jointly brought this matter before this
peace palace on December 15th 2018 and hence submit the final oral and written submission
today.
