Please note the total outstanding fees of $15,731.75

Building Permit – $11,422.25

Site Service Permit – $250.50

Utilities (Water and Garbage) – $809.00 = Fees for February*

Water Connection – $3,250.00

*If you are picking up in a different month please note the Utility amount will change.

Prior to issuance, please note that we also require:

- An HPO form to be submitted

- Demolition permit to be issued, final approved, and demo completed

- Final Demolition permit card to be reviewed

- A General Contractor with a valid City of Richmond business licence or IMBL

This email will also serve as a 30 day notice to secure your permit. The City reserves the right to forfeit the
plan processing fee after 30 days. Also, the City of Richmond reserves the right to cancel the building
permit if it has not been secured and paid for within 60 days of notification, per Section 5.4.1 (b).
