In order to find the Table Name of the self-service page , Please try and let me know the feedback.

1. Navigate to the page for which you would like to see the table and field name.

2. Click 'About this page' (you need to set the profile 'FND: Diagnostics' to Yes )

3. Click 'Business Component References Details' link in 'About this page'.

4. Click View Object (This will display View Object Details, this will also display Version and
Query)

Select statement will display table and field name (Column value may not map direct to a column,
review the SQL for details).

Enable the profile FND: Diagnostics
