At the end of the course, students should be able to:

1. Explain the basic management functions, terms and concepts of management. (PLO1,
C2).
2. Analyse the theories and concepts of managerial decision of business management.

3. Demonstrate managerial skills in management practices. (PLO8, A3)

Course Description

This course will expose the students to basic management knowledge and managerial skills,
focusing on functions of management such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
