I’m Mr. xx a 45 years old, Graduated from Indonesia University majoring in Law and Post Graduated (magister)
from Physiology from Gadjah Mada University.

I have a Certified Professional Human Resources and Certified Master Balanced Scorecard with substantial
experience leading all HRM Functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, organization
development, training, performance management, HR system and industrial relations, setup KPI and Appraisal
performs for all employees.

I have more than 17 years experience in large multinational as well as national companies is also experienced
in leading difficult Corporate Social Responsibility and Strategic Management Programs. I have good
competencies are aligning Human Resources Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Management
Strategic to optimize its contribution to the business organization. He familiars and has a lot experiences to turn
around from jerk organization to be great organization (family business to professionally, private to go public,
merger and acquisition in cultural and organizational issues)

In 1996 started as a participant of Management Trainee Program in PT. AA for 10 years working in their
Manufacturing & Mining Industry as HRD & GA Manager for the latest position. Then moved on to the Oil
Drilling & Toll Road Company at PT XX, listed company in Indonesia Stock Exchange to work as a Corporate
HRD & Strategic Management Manager to supervise all HR functions in 3 business unit (Oil Drilling, Toll
Construction and Toll Operation).

I have been working for PT. BB (Australia-Hong Kong Mining Company) as their Senior HR & Administration
Manager for 2008 – 2011. In 2011 he worked for CC Group (Subsidiary of The CC Group) as General Manager
for Corporate Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility and Strategic Management Office up to now.
This position directly reports to the CFO & BOD. I have consistently shown proven ability to provide the
highest level of HR Management strategic & services function as well as providing leadership all the while
being fully knowledgeable in all aspects of Human Resources Management aspects such as: Organization
Development, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management,
Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation and Man Power Regulation, and HR System. He is familiar with
Human Resources Information Systems, ISO and SMK3.

I have good English and interesting for this position offered, available to join interview in between (date/month
until date/month) in Jakarta during my leave or available with 3 days notice.
