Special Features, Growth & Marketing Strategy Planned
Latest Softwares are being used by the design & engineering team. STAAD Pro for design
and estimation and Tekla, AutoCAD for drafting facility are being used. This enables the
design & engineering team to design complex steel building structures as per industry
standard to the satisfaction and requirement of different types of clients.
Every consignment will be delivered within the stipulated time period. The output so
delivered will be of high quality and meets to the satisfaction and requirement of the
every customer.
To constantly develop innovative range of products to suit various clients’ business.
In-house dedicated team of design & Engineers team are capable of handling any type of
projects within a short span of time without compromising on quality.
The unit in course of its business has tie-ups with Architects, Builders, Developers,
Industrialists and various associations. These people will help in getting big leads.
Marketing executives with engineering background are being trained so as to design,
clarify all the doubts about steel structures with customers. This in turn enables to get
orders easily from the market.
As the unit has it’s our own manufacturing plant, transport vehicles, talented engineers
and supervisors, the manufacturing work is completed in a cost effective way. As such
pricing of the output is very competitive and customers are charged less cost with good
quality products.

Design & drawings, Material quality, Erection, Finishing etc.
Faster completion of projects with advanced technology and skilled & experienced
workforce, Structures built with high quality materials with low initial cost leading to
Maintenance free fineness, Innovative designs which give Aesthetic appeal, Strong
structures that can withstand weather and earthquake resistant, Versatile and Flexibility
of Structures enables once commissioned structures to change /expand the existing
design to new requirements, are some of the characteristic features of the unit’s different
product range.

Economic Viability
PEBs are eco-friendly as the majority of its components are manufactured from cold formed
sheet steel. Since steel is one of the worlds most recycled material, close to 95% of the
components of a newly manufactured steel product can be recycled. Moreover, at the end of any
steel product’s life, almost 100% of it can be recycled without losing its engineering properties,
making PEB technology one of the greenest construction methods. Furthermore, most PEBs use
skylights and solar panels on rooftops to meet the daylight and captive power requirements. So,
they reduce emissions and gain carbon credits unlike the conventional methods for powering
these buildings. As the manufacturers design PEBs using advanced software, it helps the vendors
to customize products according to the customers’ requirements and reduce wastage of raw
materials and natural resources.
PEB’s are ideal for non-residential and wide-span low-rise buildings. Some of the key advantages
of PEB include strength & durability, lower investment cost, aesthetic value, factory controlled
quality, longevity, flexibility in expansion, environmentally friendly, faster installation, choice of

/Ancillary units, Sports complex & Stadium, Supermarkets, Airport buildings & Aircraft hangars,

Metro stations, Offices, Schools, Hospitals, Community buildings, Sea ports, Convention halls,
and many more.
In the industry research report, the analysts have deduced that the increasing demand for
warehouses will propel the growth prospects for this PEBS market. With a rise in the number of
e-retailers, the demand for warehouses is also increasing. During 2015, online sales accounted
for 7.5% of the total retail sales globally and this is likely to reach close to 13% by 2020. In India
too online sales of almost all products is everyday increasing with many big players in the market.
Therefore, to meet the supply demand, these e-retailers are constructing warehouses to enhance
their distribution. As PEBs offer the fastest method to build warehouses compared to
conventional methods, its demand for a broad range of construction activities will increase in
coming years.
Roofing industry has witnessed a paradigm shift in the last few years. With increased investment
in infrastructure projects, customers are demanding durability, flexibility along with aesthetically
pleasing designs. Roofing industry in India is preparing for the next generation of ambitious
projects. Growth in the infrastructure and industrial segment has been a major demand driver
for roof and wall cladding industry. The industry has registered a double digit growth over past
three years. Major shift is observed from clay tiles and conventional roofing system to metal
cladding solution. Customers are looking for architectural solution which provides innovative
shapes such as convex, concave in addition to new attractive colors. The future of roof and wall
cladding industry is bright considering the low steel penetration and high demand in construction
industry.
