The Grand Quest

HCL started its largest delivery center in Lucknow in 2016 and it has been more than two year
of operations in the city with approx. 2700 employees working at Lucknow. HCL Lucknow is
organizing a Talent Competition under the name “The Grand Quest 2019” from 28th Jan 2019
for the final year students of Graduation and Post-Graduation (Tech & Non Tech). All colleges
of Lucknow are eligible to participate in the program. The highlights of the program are as
outlined below: -

1. The student holding the First Position, shall be offered full fee waiver to HCL’s “Training
& Hiring Program”. The training & hiring program concludes with an assured job on
successful completion of training. They will also be awarded with Shield and Certificate.
2. Two students, holding position Second and Third Rank, shall be offered 50% fee waiver
and will be eligible for job with HCL as per the policy of its “Training & Hiring
Program”. They will also be awarded with Medal and Certificate.
3. Students ranking between 4th to 20th position shall be offered 20% fee waiver and will be
eligible for Job with HCL as per “Training and Hiring Program”. They will also be
awarded with Certificate.
4. Participant ranking between 21st Rank to 100th rank shall be given Letter of Intent to Join
the HCL’s Training & Hiring Program, which will lead into assured job with HCL.
5. The College of the winning student (First Ranker) shall be given a shield and a Certificate.
6. The top 100 ranker in each category (Tech & Non Tech) shall be invited for Grand Finale
on 16th March 2019 for award ceremony. They will also be eligible to participate in
various competitions and win attractive awards (Please see Annexure 1)
