Components of fitness developed: Circuit training is the most time efficient way to
enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. Studies show that circuit training
helps women to achieve their goals and maintain them longer than other forms of exercise or
diet.
Examples of the methods: Push ups, Burpees, Mountain climbing, Sit ups, Shuttle runs,
Squat jumps, Lunges, and etc.
Designed Training:
+6 Repetition circuit
- 15 Push ups
- 30 sec Plank
- 24 Lunges
- 30 Sit ups
- 20 Burpees
- 15 Squat jumps
- 2 laps sprinting around the court
