1. Pupils list down the communication medium that they know in a circle map.
2. Teacher relates their answers with the lesson.
LESSON DEVELOPMENT:
1. Teacher explains the format of write an email briefly.
TEACHING & LEARNING ACTIVITIES 2. Teacher introduces the elements of an email to the pupils.
3. Pupils read a sample email and identify the elements of an email correctly.
POST LESSON:
1. Pupils write an email using the notes given.
2. Teacher evaluate pupils’ work.
