Summary
I have founded and co-founded several companies since the 1990s, mostly in Canada but also some
in USA and Italy.
I have build teams and was mostly involved in business development, strategic partnerships, P&L
and marketing strategies. I have been also heavily involved in product design from concept to
creation to monetization. This carried also a significant business development role in order to secure
first clients and scale the business.
Most of my work involves startups, but I have also participated in companies that have been already
established and needed a turnaround or strategic consulting for growth.
I have served the roles of VP of Sales, CEO, Chief Strategy, as well as Board of Directors and in
specific cases Advisors and Observers.
I have experience in the public markets, with limited knowledge in LBOs and Mezzanine financing.
Extensive connection to the VC and Angel community, industrial strategic partners, permits me to
quickly do many introductions necessary to close different deals and introduce startups.
Knowledge of VC community lets me identify quickly fundable business models and exits, and
therefore identify opportunities to invest in. Combined with knowledge who is listed publicly, lets me
identify quicker business model with a m&a exit strategy.
I have been also involved in a number of m+a activies both on the buy and sell side of the table. This
includes identifying both companies (startups and non startups). The process involved identifidation,
contact and transaction/negotiation. Involved also in identifying potential exits for portfolio
investments, including divestures mostly on behalf of VCs.

DomainsIncome is a startup company growing in H-FARM. SPINRA is the first project, which
revolves around multi mass site building platform for the Yellow Pages, Telcos and Traditional
media players.
CITYADV was an automated proprietary platform that revolves around SEO and CONTENT
AUTOMATION. The company assets where sold to two Local based Yellow Pages publishers in
Italy.
DomainsIncome was also the owner of SEOLUTION, a small SEO agency. The agency supports
growth of the local search business. Seolution is involved in traditional SEO/SEM, landing pages,
link building and article marketing activities. We work with many top accounts in Italy. SEOLUTION

H-FARM invests seed financing in ideas. H-FARM has its own state of the art facilities (campus)
and a team that assists startups in order to succeed. H-FARM has a relationship with a number of
top angels, industrial partners and VC groups in Europe, India and North America.
As chief strategy I am involved in new business ideas, funding, co-investments, finding strategic
partners, divestures, seed financing and Round A's. Heavily involved in connecting to the VC
community, sourcing new ideas, business plan design, decks, P&L for startups, monetization and
business development. Identifying right exits, negotiating M+A transactions on behalf of H-FARM
and incubated companies. Deal flow and co-investments on a local and global basis on behalf of
