Hello Ryan, I enjoyed reading your blog post, you brought up some good points for these topics.

It’s
unfortunate that some employees can be untrustworthy and try to harm the organization. Employees
can be motivated to conduct malicious activities for several reasons, including being upset with the
organization, or trying to steal information for a profit. Despite the motivations, I feel like running
frequent audits, and having an employee culture that enforces ethical values and the consequences of
actions is important. The use of secure e-mails is very important, and without secure e-mails hackers
could easily get into employee e-mails. E-mails often contain vital information which should not be
communicated outside of the organization. After all, communications could include company secrets, or
passwords for systems which could be compromised if found out. Great blog post!
