PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that R. Michael Bolen, United States Trustee (“UST”) for

Region 5, hereby enters his appearance by the undersigned in the above-captioned case in connection

with the Motion to Lift Stay of Option One Mortgage Corporation and opposition thereto and the

Order to Appear and Show Cause directed to Option One Mortgage Corporation, to appear and

conduct an inquiry, including discovery, into contested matters involving Option One Mortgage

Corporation and Fidelity National Foreclosure Solutions in connection with matters that have arisen

in this case.

Pursuant to Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure 2002, 9010(b) and 9034(k), and in

accordance with 11 U. S. C. §307 and 28 U. S. C. §586(a)(3), the undersigned appears and demands
