public law. The Austrian government provides full scholarship for Masters

The German Universities are highly recommended for their Masters study. I have listed those German
Universities which offer Masters in English. The cost of study and living is among the lowest in the
Europe. You will get good faculties, exposure and job opportunities. The post-visa work system is also
very good. Unlike other places, I will not provide links but I will give details. Most of the universities
have their own funding mechanism for which you don't apply seprately, it comes as part of the
application process. Knowledge of German will be helpful.

ADMISSION TIME-TABLE/REQUIREMENTS

The German Universities follow September/October study cycle. The deadline for the application are
generally March/April. But the scholarship deadlines are earlier. The German Universities need
Academic Qualification; SOP and IELTS results for the admission. You can click on the above link

SCHOLARSHIP

The cost of study in Germany is very low. Apart from University specific scholarship which you will get
in the above links, there are lot of scholarship given by various organization in Germany.

DAAD provides for fully funded scholarship that inlcudes travel allowance; tuition fees and living
allowance. The DAAD is country specific so you can apply for DAAD India.
