Definition:-Human Resource Management is known as


Management Functions.
Concerned with hiring , motivating and maintaining
people in organization.
1. Def:-HRM is may be defined as the art of processing,
developing and maintaining competent work force
to achieve organizational goals efficiently.
2. Def:-HRM is the planning, organizing, directing and
controlling of the procurement, development,
compensation, integration maintenance and
separation of human resources to the end individual,
organizational and social objectives are
accomplished.
Def:-The term human resources can be defined as the
process of total knowledge, skills, creative abilities,
talents, aptitude of an organization work force as well
as the values, aptitude and believes of the individual
involvement.

and turns over the last 100yrs in the management
