To star, allow me to say that this is an enriching initiative to the local and surrounding
schools in our municipality. I believe that ICT can be the route to improve the teaching and learning
at schools, and the transformation to our unstable system. We cannot deny the fact that there are
difficulties and the attempts to help it have failed any time. Noting that many of them are influenced
by the corruption in our country. As an educator, I can see that your proposal is undoubtedly a
prominent solution toward approaching a real transformation and really a change in teachers´
mindset to approach the 21st century demands and challenges by creating effective learning
environments through the sharing and learning of innovative pedagogies among schools, supporting
teachers to become decision makers of their teaching learning process, and providing a conducive
community to construct knowledge and build education streams among educators, a way to share
all the good they can do in their classrooms.
