I would like to take the opportunity to offer a formal recommendation for MR. LUIGIE B.
BAGO, PF to become the SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
(SEMS) under the Regulatory and Law Enforcement Division-Pollution Control Section
of this Office.

He’s been working in the office for almost eight (8) years now, where he played major
important roles when he was an office staff, clerk and even up to his designation as
Acting SEMS of the said division this year 2018.

He has strong dedication and takes incredible initiatives to do work effectively and
efficiently which attains the prime goals and objectives of our office particularly in the
environmental protection and management programs of our local government.

I am certain that he had already acquired all significant experiences and knowledge that
might be useful when he assumes the post as SEMS and I also believe that he has all
the abilities and qualities that are worthy for the said position.

It was a great privileged for me that once in my life as Department Head of this Office, I
get to know someone like him who is very committed, compassionate and hardworking
in performing his duties and responsibilities. The depth with which he loves his work is
nothing short of inspiring to every one of us.

With this, I am confident that you will consider this recommendation letter for his
employment promotion.

Attached herewith is the Memorandum Order issued to Mr. Bago designating him as
SEMS.
