DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation is entered this ____ day of ________ 2018 in Allen,
Northern Samar, by and between:

EDWIN VILLANOBOS PORIO, of legal age,

single/married, Filipino and with residence address at
Kinabranan Zone II, Allen, Northern Samar, hereinafter
referred to as the DONOR

and

JOHN BANDIOLA PORIO, of legal age, single/married,

Filipino and with residence address at Kinabranan Zone II,
Allen, Northern Samar, hereinafter referred to as the
DONEE;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner of a motor

vehicle described below;

WHEREAS, due to the generosity and appreciation of the

DONOR, he wishes to donate the said motor vehicle to the
DONEE and the latter has accepted the same;

NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, the parties hereto

hereby agree upon the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. As an act of generosity and appreciation of the DONOR by these

presents hereby GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation unto
the DONOR the herein described motor vehicle, free from all liens and
encumbrances.

2. For the purpose of giving effect to the donation, the DONOR has
reserved for himself in full ownership sufficient property to support him in a

manner appropriate to his needs and that this donation is not made with intent
to deceive or defraud his creditors, other heirs or any third person.

3. The DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in its
favour by the DONOR, and hereby manifests its gratefulness for the latter's
generosity.
