Introducción

Executive Summary.

Then we will present our project idea called Servihome.

This initiative is a situation that happened to one of our project partners, when
last Sunday midnight, I had a problem which prevented him to continue his
operation, he not found in around a person with technical knowledge and
theoretical that could solve your problem.

This is where the disadvantage arises if punctually at night or on a Sunday and


the required service can not be satisfied by availability issues or timetables, will
have to wait until morning.

With Servihome the wait is over. With Servihome waiting is not an existing
concept.

We seek as a group project, be a source of intermediary for people who have


high technical and theoretical when performing their job skills.

Servihome is a mobile application available for Android and IOS devices, which
allows the connection of people who require more specialized domestic or
service.

Background of the Project.

It is a platform that has different technical home services. These services can be
technical, ex officio or whatever the customer's need.
This application will focus on solving needs 24 hours a day in such a way that it
acts as an emergency service.

The main features that this application has are:

-Service 24/7.

-A wide range of services.

-Application in different languages.

-Information of the client and also of who grants the work.

-Qualified workers with outstanding curriculum for their specialty.

-Clarity in the payment of the service.

Mainly our value proposition is that the customer's home service or at location
meets the functionality of being 24/7, allowing you to act where and when the
customer requires it.

And also for our customers (specialized technicians and end customer), is that
both can find the satisfaction of a job well done, in an optimal time and with the
confidence accredited.

We solve business, domestic, electrical faults, plumbing and cleannes services.

Services, facilities and repairs both to warehouses and also to homes and
businesses.

Mainly to people looking for emergency services, but also to trained technicians
or proffesionals looking to generate extra income.

deliver their quality service in optimal time accompanied by its efficiency and

Where does the money come from?

A percentage of each service delivered by the technicians will be charged and


also for each VIP registration by technician.
