 About the Burmese
Bible School
The Burmese Bible School was founded
in July of 2008 under the authorization
of the Central New York District of The
Wesleyan Church and the approval of
the International Center of The Wes-
leyan Church. The School welcomes
students from around the world from
various denominations who desire to be
trained in the Burmese language to be-
come pastors, missionaries and ministry
leaders to their own people wherever
they are located.
The Burmese Bible School is located
in Syracuse, New York, with classes
conducted at the Lyncourt Wesleyan
Church, 2626 Court Street.
Educational Options:
A Certificate in Ministerial Studies may
be earned upon completing twelve
courses in twelve months. A Diploma in
Ministerial Studies may be earned with
an additional year and the completion
of twelve advanced courses. Supervised
practical ministry is required in both
educational options.
