    PROJECT SPECIFICATION

    POSSIBLE CAUSES OF DAMP

    1. Rising Damp

    2. Cracks on and around windows/window sills.

    3. Cracks in walls and at corners.

    4. Possible plumbing leaks – Kitchen/bathroom.

    5. Check roof and wall areas – Blocked/damaged gutters, damaged roof tiles, backflow on
    flat/low pitched roof, cracked/damaged parapets.
