that you would like for life. Understanding the

Being a leader yourself helps in your personal
growth because it can raise your confidents
and improve others life by leading them.
Everyone needs someone to look up to and
learn from. If there were no leaders than there
wouldn’t really be a civilization because that
started with a leader. No laws, rules or
anything because no leader stepped in. That
why it’s important for life.

the economy because it is a necessary skill in
business. Leadership creates a confidence in
the environment and organization and
encourages a professional and positive
environment. It can improve work ethic being
able to lead people and be the role model of
the business even if it is a small amount of

There is many essential thing to having good
leadership skills. You have to be passionate,
have a clear vison and, know and utilize your
strengths and gifts. The process of a leader
can take time or it can be really short. If
you’re in an environment where no one is
really a leader it can be easy to step in and
take the spot by showing your leadership skills
to others. Other times there can be other
people around you that are also leading but
you can always use your strengths to lead in
something your good in. being a leader you
have to help other get to their goals while also

I admire him because of the business he
created from nothing. He could have done it
without having good leadership skills making
sure others are doing what they’re supposed

even we do family events she has everything
planned out and where we are going to go.

I admire Michael Jordan because he didn’t
make varsity basketball that year and he
