Copacetic Group being a holdings company operates in the sectors aforementioned with its two divisions,

About: CBS is the brick manufacturing and semi-construction arm of the Copacetic Group with its focus on
using Earthware technology in the form of Interlocking Stabilised Soil Bricks (ISSB) which use a mixture of
1 bag cement to 9 wheelbarrows of soil to make 100 bricks.

Products: Pictured below are the ISSB’s offered by CBS. 35 bricks make up a square meter and the
interlocking feature makes for uniform masonry and cost effective building solutions which are completely
satisfying (Copacetic), with each brick costing MK150. The already made bricks are ideal for clients who
want express kind of services.

Services: Apart from the outright selling of the bricks, we also hire out the manual machines and our labor
force for clients who prefer to have bricks done on site and don’t mind waiting a relatively short period to
manufacture the bricks. We also offer to construct the house up until the roofing level where a clients
choice of carpenters is then required to finish of the rest of the house.

About: ComFert is the Soil and Waste Management arm of the Copacetic Group that operates from the
with its focus primarily being in the value addition of waste products into valuable items that in some cases
reduce environmental impact and in other cases enhance the beneficial impact to the environment.

Products: ComFert stands for “Compost Fertility” and with that naming, you can guess what our primary
main focus is… Compost production. Compost being the best soil amendment alongside conservative
agricultural practices, this product is a much needed (although many don’t see it yet) product amidst the
dire soil dearth being experienced country wide. Alongside compost, we also have briquettes which are
made from dried wastes and are used as charcoal replacement. We are also experimenting with Bio-gas
and will be looking to synthesize a waste management product in the near future (1-2 years) that handles
wastes and produces gas in residential setups.

Services: At ComFert, we offer waste management services within the Zingwangwa township area, soil
rehabilitation and conservative agriculture consultations, teaching government schools at our center called
“Zing-San Center” and landscaping services.
