CITY RESOLUTION NO. 2008-160

“A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS

IN THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 10,000.00)
TO BARANGAY 11-POBLACION, CITY OF CABADBARAN,
AGUSAN DEL NORTE, AS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR
REHABILITATION OF AN OPEN CANAL AT PADUGANAN
STREET OF THE SAID BARANGAY, CHARGEABLE AGAINST
THE LEGISLATIVE CITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE FUND
(L-CDAF) OF HON. CEASAR JOMER Y. ONG OH.”

WHEREAS, one of the priority projects of Barangay 11-Poblacion is to

rehabilitate the open canal at Paduganan Street to protect the community
from the overflowing of water particularly during rainy season;

WHEREAS, for lack of funds to realize the said project, the Council of
Barangay 11- Poblacion, through Barangay Resolution No. 07-2008, requests
financial assistance for the necessary provisions of the proposed project;

WHEREAS, it is a priority project of the barangay hence, worthy of

support.

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 1st Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 60th

Regular Session assembled, to authorize the transfer of funds in the
amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P 10,000.00) to Barangay 11-Poblacion, City of
Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, as financial assistance for the rehabilitation of
an open canal at Paduganan Street of the said barangay, chargeable
against the Legislative City Development Assistance Fund (L-CDAF) of
Hon. Ceasar Jomer Y. Ong Oh.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide copies of this Resolution to the City

Budget Officer; the City Accountant; the City Planning and Development
Coordinator; the City Treasurer; and the Council of Barangay 11-Poblacion thru
Hon. Conchita N. Lansang, Punong Barangay, all of this City, for information
and appropriate action.
