PROCESS

RECRUITMENT:
Recruitment is the activity that links the employees and the job
seekers.

A process of finding and attracting capable applicants for


employment. The process begins when new recruits are sought and ands when
their applications are submitted. The result is a pool of applications from which
new employees are selected.

It is the process to discover sources of manpower to meet the


recruitment of staffing and to employee effective measures to for attracting that
manpower in adequate numbers to facilitate effective selection of an efficient
working force.

INDUCTION:

The induction duty helps employees to undergo each


and every phase of environment of company and an introduction to
his team and others. It gives them the platform of knowing and
understanding the culture and knowing “Who is who”. It is such a
phase which gives a glimpse of entire organization in that short span.
This is the last activity in relation to a newly employed
person before he is trained for his job.
Induction of is aimed at introducing the job and
organization to the recruit him or her to the organization.

SELECTION:
After an application of required number of employees is secured through
different method of requirement selection process beings. The main purpose of
selection procedure is to find the right man for right job. The efficiently and
profitability of the concern depends mainly on proper selection of the personnel.
It is the functions performed by the management of selecting the right
employees. After identifying the sources of human resources ,searching for
prospective employees and stimulating them to apply for jobs in organization.

Selecting is the process of picking individuals who have


relevant qualification to fill the jobs in an organization. The basic
purpose is to choose the individuals who can most successfully
perform the job from the pool of qualified candidates.

 INDUCTION:-

Induction is a technique in which new employees are


rehabilitated to change. The candidate has to undergo induction
program arranged for him, to introduce himself to the department and
rules and policies of the organization. It is a idea to welcome a new
comer in the department and create an atmosphere where he could
feel as his own place.
