purchase the Software from any one of the following retail establishments ARE NOT eligible for a rebate: Best Buy, BestBuy.com, BJ’s, SAM’S CLUB,
Costco Wholesale, OfficeMax, and Wal-Mart. Submissions that include receipts from any one of the above retail establishments will be rejected. The
rebate is paid in U.S. or Canadian currency only. The Rebate Claim Form must be filled out completely and accompanied by the Proof of Purchase
Tab #1 located on the right side of the Software box. Submission of a rebate claim that contains a Proof of Purchase Tab #2 will be rejected, and the
