PatientCare Guide:

PCare is software to ease the day to day work at Medical Clinics. It allows the user to view the patient’s
details from anywhere as convenient (home, office, clinic, etc.). It has features that lessen the work of
Doctors, Receptionist, Technicians, etc.

Guide to use PCare:

1. All Clinics will have different logins, thus granting privacy and security of patients.

2. After you login, the next window will be this(​Main Window​):

In this, the blue and white alternating rows are Patient details.
3. On selection of Patient, a ​Payment​ panel opens up.
(Payment panel is to update the payment of patients whenever required)

4. Filter​ ​Search​: There are 5 parameters to search through all the patients.
a. Patient Name.
b. Doctor’s Name.
c. Modality (Diagnosis).
d. Test (Region of diagnosis).
e. Date.

5. Patient Registration​:
The Panels in the red box are used to add new patient on their arrival.

The process for ​Patient Registration​ is as follow:

Step 1​: Add Patient Details and click on “​Add New Patient​”
Step 2​: After button click, it will be disabled.
Select appropriate Doctor’s Name and the Diagnosis from “Test” Panel and click on “​Add Test​”.

Step 3​: You can see the patient is added in the Patient Table, and the “​Add New Patient​” and “​Add
Test​” buttons are disabled.

Step 4​:​ ​The last step is to add the Payment Details through the Payment Panel and click on
“​Submit​” button.

6. Images for PDF​:
Select a patient and Click on “​Print Images​”
(This window is for viewing the patient diagnosis.)

The next window will be:

There are few features for this functionality:

a. Zoom/Pan/Windowing​:
b. Layout selection​:

c. These images can be printed in PDF format. For Printing purpose there are many
specifications given at right of window, like margin, paper size, image gap(x, y), views, etc.
After settings this parameters, the PDF can be seen by clicking on the “Preview” button.You
can also set the background of the page as white or black as per requirement.
 d. OCR Detection​:
The readings from the images are detected to automatically get filled in the reports, when
created.

7. Edit Patient Details​:If the patient details are entered incorrect then, select the patient, and click on
“Edit Patient “

The selected patient details will be editable.After correcting the details simply click the same button
which will be “Update Patient”. Details will be updated.

8. Report Making​: Once the tests are performed the doctor can create report by selecting the modality
and test from report panel and simply create the report with patient details filled.
Note: Here, if there measurements detected in the Patient Images then the reports will be auto filled
with those measures.
Given is the example for auto filled report:
 9. PNDT Section :​For Female patients, once the report is generated the ​PNDT​ tab is enabled(leftmost
part of Window)

PNDT Form Filling:

Click the “​PNDT​” button, the below page will be visible:
(Fill the fields with ‘*’ mark)

After entering all the details, click “​Update Patient​” button, “​PndtFill​” and “​PNDTPrint​” buttons are
enabled.
a. “​PNDTPrint​” button while make a hard copy of the PNDT form in the PDF format.
b. “​PndtFill​” button will auto fill the PNDT form.
