Fusion  &  Taleo  prior  to  start  of  implementaIon    
•  Arrange  for  a  project  execuIve  sponsor  and  project  steering  commiqee    
•  Assign  a  project  manager  to  lead  your  staff’s  efforts    
•  Assign   experienced   and   empowered   business   and   IT   users   to   work   closely   with  
AlImetrik’s   consultants   according   to   project   plan   (some   full-­‐Ime   allocaIon   may   be
