Executive summary

The group had done a survey about the consumer satisfaction on the products of

the tailoring major to find out and identify the things that should be done and be

corrected by the tailoring major.

The survey contains the questions that focused only on the products. After the

survey, the group find out that the consumers make the products of tailoring as high

quality products.

The group recommend that tailoring major should exert more effort and do their

best In order for them to catch the attention of the consumers through their attractive

products. The consumers should check the products that they are buying to the said

major.

Tailoring is one of the major at the Sisters of Mary School Boystown, Inc.

Tungkop, Minglanilla, Cebu, which produced clothes, blankets, pillows and many more.

The survey report aims to identify the customer product satisfaction which the tailoring

produces. In order to improve the quality and satisfaction of the product that would help

much to the tailoring major and also not to waste the raw materials like fabrics, thread

etc. if the tailoring major produces poor products and it evaluate the ability of sewers.

Methodology

This survey was conducted on April 2019 at the Sisters of Mary School-Boystown
Inc. The population of this study are those who are able to buy the products from
tailoring and those who already buy the products. The respondents of this survey are
randomly selected. The survey uses survey questionnaires and distributed it to the
respondents and after the distribution the group gathered the data make conclusions
out from the collected data.

There are 10 respondents on this survey report 3 out of 10 respondents have ages

ranges from 11-20 years old. 5 out of 10 respondents have ages ranges from 21-30

years old. Out of 10 respondents have ages ranges from 51-60 years old.

In survey findings 20% are very satisfactory about the product of tailoring while 80% are

outstanding about the product.


Conclusion
Most of the customers ages 21-30 are satisfied with the products of tailoring, we

concluded that 80% are outstandingly satisfied with the products, it simply mean that

the product created by tailoring are made in high quality products, having creative

design that satisfy the customers. The products are uniquely made that attracts the

buyers and urges them to buy the products.

Recommendation

We the researchers recommend that the tailoring major must continue their good

products and they must think the most creative design that would attract the customers.
