1. What do you think the social approach in the picture is?

The consumerism of the population in general is constantly growing, as easy as considering that
something does not work or works becoming waste or waste, the lack of management of many
public or private sector institutions (mayorships, governorates, Corporación para el Desarrollo
Sostenible , collection companies, among others), for the collection and proper disposal of waste
put at risk the human population and the environment because natural resources are exploited and
the only thing that is returned is waste that the only thing they do is unbalance the ecosystem; the
institutions or entities the only thing that worries them is the income they can obtain, what are their
own benefit, now the lack of awareness of the society for the control of the residences is negative
since they are only interested in consuming and discarding without thinking about the damage
caused to the planet. The management and control of different environmental factors mitigate the
impacts generated by poor management or inadequate disposal of waste which makes the social
environment a target for public health problems, which can lead to the proliferation of animals that
transmit diseases, bacterial contamination among others.

 2. What do you think the environmental approach in the picture is?

The mismanagement in the disposal of waste and the indifference of many institutions and the
community in general to the damage caused to the environment is so evident, that for the
community and institutions it is so common to dispose of waste without evaluating or analyzing the
damage or environmental imbalance generated. The lack of management for the control of waste
means that more and more society suffers the consequence that, without self-analysis, are the
managers of the same.

The generation and poor disposal of waste are characterized as a serious environmental problem
generating over-exploitation of natural resources, deterioration of landscapes, soil, water and air
pollution, odors, alteration in the life cycle of animal species, diseases , increased emissions of
greenhouse gases and climate change.
