PROJECT TITLE:

“An 18 STOREY HOTEL WITH GARDEN MALL AND CASINO”

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

The JAML company, a group known for developing environment-friendly structures,

in participation with PCSO, has decided to conduct an architectural design competition for
their next project, hotel with garden mall and casino, to be located on a newly developing
SMART CITY in the country.

Participating architects are allowed to propose their own ideas on space requirements
and architectural character of the building.

OBJECTIVE:

To design an 18 storey hotel with garden mall and casino on a fourteen thousand
(14,000) square meter lot with the following design considerations:

1. Function and efficiency

2. Architectural character and form
3. Space Circulation Patterns
4. Aesthetics and Landmark Quality
5. Amenities, Utilities, Services and Facilities (AFSU)
6. Security and Safety Features
7. Compliance with prevailing laws

DRAWING REQUIREMENTS:

1. SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN and FLOOR PLANS (SCHEMATIC)

2. EXTERIOR PERSPECTIVE
3. INTERIOR PERSPECTIVE (HOTEL LOBBY)
