ABSTRACT (5 pts)

Give a short description about the laboratory in 50-70 words.

1. INTRODUCTION (10 pts)

Give a brief overview of experiment setup and procedure in 70-100 words.

2
2. THEORY (5 pts each)
2.1. What is an oblique shock? How does the flow properties change
through the oblique shock.
Example of in text reference:

This particular method can clearly be seen in [1].

2.2. What is shock-expansion wave theory? How can you calculate

lift coefficient and drag coefficient? Explain in words, support by
equations and figures with references.

2.3. How does angle of attack of the incoming flow affect the shock
pattern? Explain.

3
2.4. How can you calculate pressure coefficient by using normal
shock relations? Derive.

2.5. According to θ-β-M relation, how does shockwave angle change

with respect to deflection angle for a constant Mach number?
