TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The cost of the Israel and Egypt Package is KSHS. 200,000 per person in a double room in Economy class

2. Registration fee is Kshs. 2,000 per person non refundable

3. The package INCLUDES: Hotel accommodation, Economy Return Ticket, Airport & ground transfers,
tours in Israel and Egypt, meals on FB at the Hotel (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner), Professional English
Speaking tour guide, Tips to guide and drivers, Israel and Egypt visa, border taxes, entry fees to all sites in
the program & Porterage.

4. The package EXCLUDES: Single room Supplement ($495), Drinks of any kind, Travel Insurance, tips in
restaurants, Pocket money, extra services in hotels like calls, laundry, $10 for a Jordan River baptism
experience, $2 tip for Bedouin guide at Sinai and any other service not above mentioned.

5. Completed and signed registration form and a colored copy of passport for each person (page with
photo & Biodata) and Bank deposit slip of Registration fee and first installment should be brought to
our office by 30th MAY 2018.

6. The passport and Yellow Fever Certificate MUST be valid for a period of 6 months from OCTOBER 2018

7. Visas will only be applied upon full payment for the tour by 5th September 2018.

8. In the event the tour is cancelled early due to reasons beyond our control, the money paid money will be
transferred to a later trip minus deductions i.e. visas, flight cancellation fees, administration fees, hotel
cancellation fees etc. No refund for any last minute cancelation.

9. Prices could be subject to change due to the fluctuation of the dollar.

10. CANCELATION POLICY: 2 Months to: 20%, 1 Month to: 50%, 3 Weeks to: 100%, No Show: 100%
