Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
 Associate or Helping for the recruitment forecasts based on the budget presented by the
Business Unit
 Sourcing of candidates through various channels like Placement agencies, Internal Job
Postings, Referrals etc.
 Assisting in final selection of the candidates in consultation with the department heads
Compensation & Benefits
 Involved in the compensation of the employees during the pre-joining, confirmation and
annual appraisals.
 Conducting annual appraisals of around 500 employees with the help of Heads
 Handling of Incentive payout based on eligibility & criteria
 Distribution of letters pertaining to Confirmation, Appraisals, Comp & Ben to concerned
employees as applicable

MIS Management & HRIS


 Generating weekly, monthly and quarterly employee data reports for the purpose of analysis
 Analysis of Data and validation with Managers
 Tracking anomalies and correcting the source data
 Updating Employee records in the relevant databases as required

Training and Development


 Involved in the training and development of the employees of the organization continuously
for two years.
 During my Industrial Training at Jagatjit Industries Ltd I worked on project titled
“Identifying Training and Development Needs of workers and officers.” For
that I was paid a stipend of Rs.4500/-.
 Presently I am acting as a Training and development co-ordinator for different training
programmes organized at company.
 I have been independently organizing various training programmes that include Health and
safety, Fire and disaster management, Material handling and Safety of the workforce.

 Providing input for the preparation of payroll for salary processing.

variance report.
