Medical Fitness Certificate in ORIGINAL from any registered medical practitioner, if not already submitted. 6. Sponsorship Certificate in the prescribed format in ORIGINAL, if applicable and if not already submitted Physically Challenged (PC) Certificate ORIGINAL, if applicable and if not already submitted 8. No Objection/Relieving Certificate from employer (for employed candidates) OR Copy of Resignation Letter, if not already submitted ‘Admission will be made provisional and based on the information supplied by the candidate. If, on scrutiny, any mistake or discrepancy is detected at any stage, the admission shall stand automatically cancelled. Candidates admitted to M-Tech Programme will get accommodation, if available, in the institute Hostel. For this you will have to contact the Chairman, Council of Wardens, IIT Hostels.
