Lokesh Kumar Meena had submitted an online application vide Reference No.201714064 on 27.10.2017 in response to the advertisement issued indicating his GATE Score as 862 (Eight Hundred Sixty Two) in the GATE Examination 2015 in Civil Engineering discipline vide Registration No. as CE33018S8382. 8, _ And whereas, Sh, Lokesh Kumar Meena was selected as Dy. Manager (Tech.) and an Offer of Appointment No.11012/358/2017-Admn. dated 29.11.2017 was issued to him, inter alia, directing him to report for joining NHAI by 01.01.2018. It was also, inter alia, stipulated in the Offer of Appointment that the appointment will be provisional subject to verification of documents related to academic and technical qualifications that rendor you qualified for appointment on the said post at the time of formal appointment. It was also stipulated in the said Offer of Appointment dated 29.11.2017 that if at any stage, it is found that any declaration given or information furnished or submission given by you is Proved to be false or if it comes to notice that you have willfully suppressed any material information or concealed or misrepresented any information, the appointment will be terminated and you will be liable to be proceeded against in the matter, as the Competent Authority may deem fit and necessary. 4, And whereas, Sh. Now therefore, as per provisions of Government of India instructions issued vide DoP&T OM No.11012/7/91-Estt.(A) dated 19.05.1993 under Rule 11 of CCA(CCS) Rules 1968 and in accordance with para 3 of the Office Order dated 05.01.2018, the services of Sh.
