(Administration) to HOGSOP
1. Purpose. The purpose of this annex is to standardize the definitions of individual duties,
responsibilities, and to define additional duties for team members as necessary.
2. Responsible Agent. The team adjutant in conjunction with the team Sergeant Major will be
responsible for updating this annex and recommending changes.
3. Common Duties of All Team Members. Each Warhog will be responsible for the following:
a. Be doctrinal experts in the tactics, techniques, and procedures used at the TF, Co/Tm,
and PLT level IAW FM 3-90.1, 3-90.2, 3-21.17, 3-20.15, 3-20.98 and other applicable manuals.
b. Provide timely feedback (AAR) regarding battle planning, preparation, and execution.
c. Control the battlefield and provide battlefield effects IAW the CMTC Exercise
Procedures (EXPRO).
d. Be MILES experts.
e. Resolve engagements where MILES cannot be used IAW the CMTC ROE.
f. Maintain personal individual Soldier skills.
g. Enforce Safety.
h. Maintain accountability and equipment readiness IAW Department of the Army
standards. NVGs, when drawn from supply room, will be stored IAW the current Team Physical
Security SOP.
i. Stay physically fit.
j. Each member of the Warhog Team is responsible for his own personnel actions (i.e.
Readiness, birth month audits, medical exams, promotion/school selection board reviews, etc).
Each Team member will keep the Warhog Team Personnel Officer and/or W04 advised of all
personnel actions on-going and pending.
k. Provide counterpart with change of mission (COM) instructions IAW Annex C,
Appendix 1, Tab C.
l. Conduct formal/informal AARs with unit counterpart following each COM.
m. Provide input to Task Force AARs and take-home packages for the appropriate
battlefield operating system (BOS).
n. Certify new Team members to meet Tier II criteria / certification.
o. Conduct unit safety briefs and MILES checks, IAW Annex L (Safety) to the CMTC
ROE.
p. Execute recovery operations IAW Annex D, Appendix 3 to this SOP.
q. Check the Warhog Training Calendar daily for updates and changes to the Warhog
Training Calendar.
r. Daily upkeep of garrison work area. End of workday: desks/tables clean, recycling,
area swept and equipment stored. If last one out, turn off lights (leave computers on), conserve
energy, lock all doors to BLDG, and ensure motor pools are secure.
4. Individual Duties.

(1) Team XO; serve as Senior Task Force O/C in the absence of W07.
(2) Responsible for overseeing all administrative and logistical actions within the
team.
(3) Train and coach unit BN/TF XOs.
(4) Senior logistics trainer.
(5) Conduct Task Force Battle Staff and Logistics AARs.
(6) Supervise the assignment and execution of Warhog Team Additional Duties.
(7) Provide units an information requirements package at least 60 days prior to
them executing a rotation at CMTC.
(8) Responsible for the initiation of TDA changes and the allocation of equipment
within the team.
(9) Prepare rotational unit Take Home Package in coordination with W07, W02
and W07T.

(4) Assist W02 in the supervision and execution of Warhog Team Additional
Duties.
(5) Update weekly team training meeting slides / track schools and tasking.
(6) Assist W03/W03A with development of team augmentation plan for
training rotations.
(7) Update the Outlook training calendar as needed.
(8) Maintains Warhog weekly FRAGO.
(9) Maintains team troop to task for command group.
(10) Notify OPS GRP DTOC when TF is cleared in "BOX" to STX.
(11) Maintain the Warhog Team publication library. Ensure publications are
kept current and organized.
(12) Warhog Team Weight Control NCOIC and program record custodian
(a) Team maintenance officer. Provide W02 with daily deadline reports.
(b) Track Task Force combat power and SBDA for each mission.
(c) Conduct UMCP safety brief and MILES checks.
(d) Provide feedback to maneuver team O/Cs on LOGPAC operations.
(d) Coordinate with CMA/RAMS Maintenance for HMMWV Semi and
Annual Service Schedule.
(e) Coordinate with CMA/RAMS AOAP monitor.
(f) Attend OPS GRP Maintenance Meetings.
(g) Perform duty as Warhog Team Master Driver for equipment licensing
purposes.

(a) Assist the team supply officer with all supply activities.
(b) Coordinate issue and turn-in of Team NVGs.
(c) Maintain Warhog Team Supply Room to include hours of operation
and equipment storage.
(d) Maintain a Warhog standard equipment issue for all newly arrived
O/Cs to the team.
(1) Fire and effects Coordination Cell O/C. POC for all fire support issues (i.e.
artillery, mortars, close air, IO, PSYOPs, CA, Target Effects).
(2) Conduct in-brief of unit FSOs on battlefield effects.
(3) Coordinate with fire support and firemarker team as required.
(4) Coordinate for FASCAM missions.
(5) Supervise and train 27 team and 19 team.
(6) Conduct team internal Net call.
(7) Reports to W03.

(1) Team Signal Officer. Ensure Warhog Team meets all frequency management
procedures within CMTC, 7ATC, and USAREUR.
(2) Team Automation Officer. Ensure Warhog Team remains within all
USEURER automation procedural guidance.
(3) Responsible for all automation life cycle guidance to W07. Include life cycle
updates to the OPSGP S6.
(4) Responsible to provide AAR submission data to W07 on all command and
control issues relating to the rotational unit.
(5) Advise W07 and team members on all communication and automation
matters.
(6) Attend daily “sticker drill” at Bldg 100 (E4 - X9) and update Warhog CBI
matrix/OPFOR timeline as required.
(7) Manages the master AAR Schedule and Attendee rosters for all AARs.
(1) Team chemical NCO. Ensure Warhog Team meets annual protective mask
certification criteria for SRP readiness (gas chamber or banana oil certification).
(2) Conduct chemical platoon safety brief and MILES checks. Assist with
MILES, safety brief, and battle rostering of TF HQ.
(3) Directly observe specific chemical training events.
(4) Coordinate CDM with TAF for timely dissemination of information.
(5) Assist maneuver team O/Cs in controlling chemical events.
(6) Ensure O/Cs have appropriate number of M256 kit trainers (400/401 series
kits) for each rotation.
(7) Provide periodic NBC training to team.
(8) Reproduce rotational unit TF orders and overlays as required, under
supervision of W03.

5. Additional Duties.
a. Soldiers assigned these extra duties must maintain a continuity book, which contains
the following (as a minimum).
(1) Appointment orders assigning the soldier to the additional duties. (Signed by
W07).
(2) Duty description.
(3) Identifying specific references in the Warhog SOP that applies to your
additional Duty.
(4) Additional references that apply to your additional duty. (i.e. Weight Control,
IAW AR 600-9).
(5) Points of contact and telephone numbers that relate to your additional duty.
(6) Outlined procedures and forms required in the execution of the additional
duty.
b. The following additional duties are assigned to members of the Warhog Team, either
by Team (i.e. the W11 Tm) or by the individual position (i.e. W09). Additional duty appointments
(per individual) are then assigned through appointment orders signed by W07.
