AFFIDAVIT OF ABANDONMENT

I, GODOFREDO LABIAN, Filipino, 59 years of age, married,

and presently a resident of Barangay Dagum, Calbayog City, Samar,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state, that--

1. Sometime in 2014, I initiated the construction of a building, in the

property owned by my grandparents in Purok 2, Barangay Dagum,
Calbayog City;

2. Upon notice from the Engineering office of the required building permit,
I immediately stopped the construction and then tried to comply the
necessary requirements to secure the permit;

3. After such notice, I have abandoned the said building and did not push
through or continue such construction pending the required permit;

4. And as such, I am likewise not interested on the said property by

introducing new structures therein pending the resolution of a property
case already filed in court;

5. Such abandonment was verified and certified by the barangay as shown

in the Certification issued by the Barangay Council as herein attached;

6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all

the foregoing statements and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 29th of March
