Teaching Philosophy

In general, we all realize that the teacher job is not simple and easy as
everyone know actually, it's a challenge for every teacher to produce her
achievement in this career therefore, I believe that education is not focused
on one point there are different ways to deal with it such as, methods,
strategies, materials, and techniques and each teacher have her ways to
show how can she or he be professional in this kind of job wherefore
teacher should be creative in these points to be a great teacher to reflect
on herself and her students. In addition, every teacher should have in her
heart an aim related to teaching that helps teacher work on her specific
goals until reach it. However, as I am a student teacher I have many goals
but the basic one to keep the teaching fun while I teach my students, let
them love school and reduce their nervosas such as I be a mother

Firstly, I went through different experience during my life and I learned a lot
about how I can be a good teacher and still I learn. Also, I believe that
teacher is always developing while she researches and cooperates with
others who have more knowledge there is no specific point can stop her to
learn more about teaching. Therefore, my first educational philosophy as a
mentor I have to be responsibility and look at my behavior because the
learner's notice and copycat what the adult do so I have to be a good
teacher to them. In addition, I have to read books, research about new
teaching ideas and ask other teacher about different ideas that help me to
improve myself. Secondly, I should always prepare for the lesson and make
a lesson plan with clear objectives to help me be confident during the
lesson. Also, make activities related to the topic and suitable for the level of
students. The third of my philosophy are methodologies I would like to use
a variety of teaching method, so I have to avoid the methods that keep my
students board and uncomfortable with it. Also, use method according to
students’ level. Moreover, the materials are important thing the teacher
should always prepare the equipment’s for the activities and use suitable
things such as, worksheet, videos and activity work according the student’s
level. In addition, measurement is useful for the teacher and students
because teacher can check their understanding through assessment by give
them worksheet related to the topic or give students a short quiz before
the lesson and after the lesson to measure their works. On the other hand,
management is the must important point for the teacher so as a teacher, I
will use positive, negative reinforcement and punishment according
behaviorism theory that way helps me as a teacher to avoid misbehavior
and when my students control their actions that way I can reward them if
they have excellent behavior such as, give them extra point, stickers and
candy. Not just management student’s behavior also, teacher should
manage the time during the lesson, so she has to determine a specific time
for each activity how often students need to spend time on one activity.
Lastly, I should know that the students have different ability and skills, so I
have to use ZPD (zone proximal development) according to Vygotsky that
way helpful so I can notice who need support.

In conclusion, I believe that if the teachers respectful to her students and

be positive that affect students. Also, when the teacher be professional
that give students an opportunity to learn how to be a good student.
