Reflect on my third

observation
Firstly, my third observation was on the 15th of April. I was teaching
grade 5 boys math lesson about Find the Area and Perimeter. However,
during my observation period I was focusing on my voice to be more
clearly especially, working on who to keep my voice stronger. For
example, while I teach my learners I should change my way when
someone make a nosing such as Ahamed please stop talking with your
friends, so this related to how to deal with misbehavior through
teacher voice. In addition, I used interesting activities. For example,
asked students to solve the questions first. Then, create robot so this
way was too funny to my learners. Moreover, my mentor collage
teacher was gives me feedback about how my lesson was so, there are
strength points. For example, she said interduce clear instructions of
the activities and showing students examples. Also, use the timer
during the activities work. In addition, there are also areas for
development that my mentor collage teacher gives it to me. For
example, she said there are one points you need focus on it which is
when you teach your learners you should show them an object to
measure it such as, your phone, whiteboard and door or take them in
playground to keep them measure the ground and get the areas or
perimeter answers. Finally, I will set some aims that could be useful and
helpful to help me to use it again and avoid negative points in my next
teaching lesson.
