Reflect on my last

observation
At first, on April 17th, I taught reading of English lesson to Grade 5
students it was interesting lesson because I changed the routine of the
lesson. For example, I begin read a story about Goldilocks and the
Three Bears and used the characters of the story to show them.
Moreover, it’s was motivating experience to me I learned a lot of things
through it because it’s my first time to read a story for whole class. As
well as, I had prepared a short opening about Goldilocks and the Three
Bears story such as, display short educational song about the story.
Also, I was showing my students the cover page of the story and asked
them what you thought our story will be about. However, my mentor
school teacher observed me and then we discussed the following
strengths and weaknesses related to my lesson, so my strengths of the
lesson are I was very enthusiastically, with a big smile and a very
positive attitude and I have the ability to manage student’s behavior.
Also, I promote students when they answer, by saying “Good Job
Ahamed”. As well, I read a story to students and keep them interactive
and listening to me. Moreover, my mentor school teacher was really
happy with my works during the lesson he said excellent job please
keep up the fantastic work until the very end of TP. In addition, my
weakness points are wait until all children are quiet before issuing
instruction and the second point are developing my English language
skills. Overall, the feedback given to me by my MST taught me that I did
an absolutely fantastic job. Also, I learned and applied a tremendous
number of strategies. Moreover, from this experience, I learned that
this job needs a lot of works and make an effort to be perfect teacher.
As well, I must be kind, very positive and must to attract students by
good relationship and respect to them. Furthermore, in my future
training, I will be sure to practice and must focus on making less
grammatical errors when speak.
